rear spring blocks, factory???
I have a 67 K10 and can't remember how these go back on. Can't find any pics to reference either; also lost my USB cable so can't load a pic to clarify. It's the blocks that sit between the spring perch and spring... mine have 'handles' on them, do they point in or out?
When IN they look like they'd hit the snubber and screw things up... when OUT they just point at the backing plate. No interference with the wheel cylinders/brake lines though. I have looked through a bunch of sites and done several searches with no answers. Of course after I post this I'll find something... usually do. BTW there aren't any markings on them to indicate a certain way to be mounted. They look the same as Ford did with their HiBoy trucks of the late 60s-early 70s I think. I dunno... ![]()
