Help me pick a cam

Ok so I'm swapping the 350 in my 2wd K5 for the 454 from the other truck I just bought next weekend and I figured I'd at least put a cam in the 454 and 350 while I had them out.

the 454 will be in used in the 2wd blazer thats mainly used on the weekends and I'd like to get as much out of the motor (stock) as I can and still have the power brakes etc... work well.

The 350 will be in my 3/4 ton 4wd that will pull a small trailer and maybe used for plowing snow

I know next to nothing about this stuff so I figured I'd ask the experts here, thanks in advance for any input
