67 v8 swap

hey everyone its been a long time since iv been on but i have also been very busy with college. anyways i have a 67 chevy c-10 lb and it has a 250 inline six. i was wondering what all i would have to do to drop this 350 i have down in it. like with the clutch linkage how would that work? do i have to move the engine mounts? what about the transmission do i have to swap trannys or will this 3 speed bolt up to the v-8? any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
