12 bolt Auburn posi units ID, pro vs. street
Other than an obvious part number , that they DON"T have on them. does anyone here know how to ID an auburn PRO series Diff from the standard Auburn limited slip diff.
I'm trying to ID all the posi units i have laying here and I remember buying this one used for another one of my pipe dreams but i do not want to mis-advertise the unit. please hold all your personal Auburn 'hate'comments as i have seen/heard them all. I already went to the Auburn website and the pic is the same. my GUESS is that there is some color code on the springs for preload rating that would be the only difference? thanx, crossy
