Front Roll Pan Install Help!!
Hey Everyone,
I bought a front roll pan for the 67. Looks to be a well made piece and I bought it from Mar-K. Anyway when I received the roll pan, I laid it on top of the grill (the grill was upside down as it's not currently on the truck) to test fit it and to determine the best way to install this piece. While doing that, I noticed that the curve along the length of the roll pan is off compared to the grill piece it attaches to. So, I lined up one end of it flush to the grill and it seems to be off by well over an inch on the other side. My first thought is that the grill was bent, but that isn't the case as it lines up perfectly with the fenders and there is no sign at all of it ever being damaged. The roll pan doesn't appear to be damaged in any way during shipping either. Is the roll pan made wrong or is there a trick to installing these? Thanks!
