Floor pan help needed

As you can see in these pictures I have the front Floor pan welded in. I lined the pan up as best I could based on the front mount hole I thought I had everything inline until I went to the weld the rear repair section of the floor pan and the B piller extension is in the way of me be able to weld the rear section stright as you can see the the picture with the stright edge the b pillar forces the panel in almost two inches!

If anyone could take a look at this and offer some advice I would really apprecaite it.
