my 64 gmc build,lots of q's??and pics
 rusty rocker panel  im sure these aren't stock,right?  im assuming the round end should go to the positive side of the battery?  and this mess is???only one wire is connected to anything.  whats missing here?and what are these parts?can they be done away with? thanks for the help in advance
