Grant GT steering wheel %*#&%*@#

WTF is with these things, every 200 miles the things as loose as a red light wh0re. I also couldnt get the damn horn adapter to work and now Im driving with out a horn.......I need some help figuring this crap out, Ima total noobie when it comes to tools bolts and metal.so dont be too afraid to be totally basic. How do I get a horn back in my truck, BTW I did this a year ago and now I cant find the horn under my hood. Maybe I was a little too toked up to realize I took it out, maybe I didnt. WHere is it located......in a 72 C10 SWB? AT LEAST I MADE YALL LAUGHT AT ME!
