1972 Highlander interior colors (dash/carpet)

Hi all -
I have a '72 LWB with the Highlander packlage. It's Dark Olive inside and out. The plaid seat cover inserts were replaced with a solid color by a prior owner, so I've been on the hunt for NOS plaid material. The parchment door panels are still intact.

My main question is around the carpet and dash pad. The carpet should be black, correct? Same for the dash pad - should that be black in all cases as well? My current pad is green (also replaced by a prior owner). Finally, should the headlight switch knob be black with a woodgrain center? I can't tell if that's factory or not.
Thanks -
Terry
