Advice on Rear Dual Tires
I am buying 7 new tires for C30 with big camper on chassis and, based on good info received on a previous thread, want to get size 235x85Rx16. These most likely will be going on later model (1997-8) dual wheels, the type with the separate outside ring between the lug nuts and the wheel.
However, still need some more experienced advice on 2 points. 1. Will this size (235x85Rx16) make the widest part of the dually tires on the rear too close together under load, causing them to touch and heat? 2. What success have you had with TOYO brand tires (load range "E") in these applications? Is there a much better brand? Thanks, CCCC
