Very Honky Horn

Hi All,

I recently took an aftermarket wheel off my 69 GMC 1/2 ton, and put an original 72 wheel on. I put the metal plate over in (the one with three holes, and 3 slots in it.) and then put the little piece with the 3 plastic isolators in it on top. Then I screwed the 3 little screws in, but I can't tighten them fully or the horn starts going. Leaving them loose makes the horn button wobbly.

I thought I had it just the right tightness, but then I turned the wheel and the horn started honking!!

Anyways, am I missing some springs, or is it just a matter of leaving the screws loose ?

Hmm, found a pic of the horn assembly, maybe it makes more sense than my explanation.
