Using lokar kickdown

Guys,

Looks like i am going to use the lokar TH400 kickdown switch but I have a question. It appears the box bolts to the tranny pan via the existing bolts. I have an aftermarket shifter that came in the truck and the cable bracket is bolted to this same location. This will interfere correct? Ot can I bolt the kickdown "box" somewhere else (i.e. frame)? Anyone using this have pics?

Thanks
Mike
