Hello from another TX member

[81Stepside]

Just like my name and title says I am from TX and I just purchased an 81 Chevy C10 Shortbed Stepside. It has a 250 inline 6 and a 3 speed manual on the floor. It was purchased from the original owner. The headache rack is gone, the rifle racks are gone. It is a bare bones farm truck. I have some ideas for it. Think Gen III motor, drop, modern interior, black paint and 89-91 suburban front end. I have been into Chevy's for a good while now. My Daily driver is a 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood with an LT1. My weekend toy is a 1984 Chevy Monte Carlo SS with a TPI 350 with some goodies added. The 83 Cutlass in the pics is long gone.
