Truckcustomizers.com a no-no

I placed an order through these people on 11/21/07 and was told the item was in stock and would ship same day. Got an email and tracking number confirming this as well. Delivery date of 11/23/07 as per them and Fedex. No delivery. No answer to emails or messages left with Cust Svc. Finally told by them that Fedex lost the shipment. Fedex says they never made the pick up. On 11/26/07 I was told that Fedex still screwed up but that they will ship another one out. Told it shipped 11/26/07 and was given a tracking number again. Today I check with Fedex and again they do not have the package. They stated if it was their fault they would have issued a claim and done a search, but one was never requested by vendor. They got my money and I got nothin but aggravation so far. FYI
