Saw a cool rear treatment

I saw a nice burb tonight on the way home. It had a sort of indented area on the gate with a strip above it. The plate was in the indent and the strip above may have come off a car or suv. It had a license plate light in it and possibly the handle to open the gate.

The normal spot for the license plate on a sport bumper had a couple of pipes coming out of it.

I tried to photochop it to give you and idea. Trust me, in real, it looked very nice.

I guess the only downside is if you wanted to run a hidden hitch.

I can see something similar to this working on a truck tail gate too.
