I'm rebuilding that Rochester 2G carb out at my dad's place. I'm having a hell of a time getting the carb off the intake. What I have is two bolts in back that run through the spacer between the carb and the intake, but in the front I just have nuts that thread onto studs! Is this right? Both bolts and nuts are removed, but the carb won't budge. Do the idle needles have to come out first? I can't separate the carb from the spacer until it's off the intake...
