Hi all. I recently stumbled upon this message board and found lots of good info. I have a '72 GMC Sierra Grande which I purchased about 6 years ago for $300. Needless to say it needs work (the usual rocker/cab corner cancer), but it's been faithfully reliable 24/7 when my other vehicles weren't. It's got a 350 4-bolt Goodwrench crate motor in it, and according to the previous owner, over 400,000 miles on the truck.
I've mainly used it as a daily driver, parts chaser, while I work on restifying my '67 LeMans, but I'm going to start working on the old orange beast soon. This site looks like a great source of info. Mike
