1972 front wheel bearing #'s?

I just purchased a set of ECE drop spindles, and it reccommends that I do the front wheel bearings at the same time to avoid damaging the new spindles. What all is involved in this, and what all do I need? I assume 4 bearings, 4 races and 2 seals, but I'm not sure what #'s I need or if all this is necessary? I can get Timken and NTN bearings through work, and CR seals as well, but don't know the numbers. Any help would be great. Thanks!
