boy, thats the truth --- When i was in the planning stages of my 30' x 40' garage/loft, i thought to myself --- "This is going to be the perfect size - not too big, not too small" -- after filling it with 2 full size truck projects, a 150 sf weight room, and miscellaneous other motorcycles and tools, there is no room for a lawnmower (not that i want to look at one anyway) -- i dont even have room for my wife's DD and she has to park it at our old house.

I can definitely see the need for another 30' x 40' (or bigger )to use as a dedicated shop within the next 5-10 years
