Need some help please

Well after waiting a long time I finaly got my 20" Foose rims 10" wide for the back .
After what i thought was enough measurement investigation , they rub when I drop the truck down all the way on the bags .
I have an adjustable track /Panhard bar .Will adjusting the bar for ride hieght eliminate all the side to side movement , or just some/most . i have factory fenders and wheels tubs .
When i drop the air ride it rubs on the pass side fender lip and the driver side wheel tub .
Can anyone offer some info ?I cant drive the truck now anyway because of of winter , but what to solve . Anyone know if a watts link will "Eliminate" the side to side movement . Found one on KP Components but no contact info to get more help .
This is my first C10 67 Short Wide on bags .
Any and all help is very much appreciated . I am hoping this was not a very expensive mistake .
Thanks
