Safety For a Canadian Truck
I think i'm headed for some serious headaches as when i bought my truck it was no where near being ready for a safety or insurance and i never had plans on getting it on the road right away, so i started the frame off restoration and i'm stuck facing some potential problems. I'm putting a full air ride suspension, including a rear c notch and i'm also going to have to do some welding on my frame. Now i'm Manitoba and i think all of canada that whenever a vehicle is insured under a new owner you need to get it safetied, which includes a real good once over of the vehicle, by government inspectors. Now i don't about how legal air bags are but i know that welding on the frame of a vehicle will void any chance of a safety Now do you see my problem. If anyone knows the legalities of this kinda stuff for where ever in the world you are any info would be appreciated! Otherwise i'm going to have to go get a "Safety" if you know what i mean, and i don't want to get in anymore legal trouble The pigs, i mean cops hate me here!
