Help Help wiring nightmare

Well I hooked everything up inside the truck for the first time--inside the cab. I checked to make sure I had juice to the fuse box--everything as it should be. So I tried to check the wiper motor to see if it works. I have juice to the switch and juice to the motor but nothing happens. I have (2) two wire clips on the motor. There is an extra prong which I think should be the ground coming from the switch. I can't find that wire anywhere...I guess my question on this is can I run a jumper wire from the swith to the motor??

My other problem is lights. I have juice to the light switch and no juice coming out of it anywhere. I have tried three switches. Any ideas?? I can't even get anything to the dome light...
