I say leave the doors alone...just a "big" job with little return. If you put a nice set of 6x9s in the 4x10 brackets behind the seats (remember to use speaker stuffing) and a decent set of 3 1/2's (?) in the dash you will get solid sound. If you have to have larger speakers in the front go with the kicker panel inserts.

On a side note, has anyone replaced the factory speaker in the middle of the dash? I was thinking about it, but after i replaced the other 4 it sounded plenty good and i haven't revisited that idea in a while.
