Also put lexan in place of the glass hatch window. This made it sooo much lighter & easier to work with than getting a piece of glass cut & that rubber moulding is a headache.

Nice repare job. How is the lexan holding up? I have some replacement glass ready for my hatch when I get it repared, but might look at going with the lexan if it is lighter and resistant to scratches, discoloration and such.
