Build imput, what do you guys think?

I need help deciding on a few different items, paint, interior, bumpers, seats. First off, it's my daily driver and I want more of a "hot rod" then a 4wheeler.
Paint, an orange or red, leaving the top white.
bumpers, keep the stock painted bumpers or buy chrome
Interior, fatmat and carpet( what I'm leaning toward) bedliner, or rubber mat? My only concern is it might get rained on occasionally without the top.
Seats, 99+ silverado seats, suspension seats, other ideas?
I'm leaning toward fatmat, carpet, and leather silverado seats ( I have a 3rd row tahoe seat) but am a little concerned about the interior getting rained on occasionally. Any other ideas would be appreciated as well.
