how do i get this as a ride height, not dumped height

ok i love the way this truck sits and i was wanting some input on how i could get this as a ride height(the way i would be driving not at a stand still) not afraid of fabrication dont want to loose alot of bed floor and i would like it to handle really well for a truck. this is my 67, 18's front 20x10's rear. thanks
