new guy from nh

recently purchased my first chevy truck which is a purchase that is way overdue. its a 71 custom camper/20 with the big bad 292 and a 3 on the tree, only has about 115k on it, mainly original and unhacked, AM radio is still in it and works. originally a maine truck, has had some body work done on the rockers and cab corners, bed floor is getting a little holey where the supports are but for a new england truck its pretty decent. i'm a mechanic at uhaul so no one touches my vehicles except for an alignment and i've known the alignment shop guys since i was a little kid truck will be a drive it while i restore it kinda deal, i'll work on all the mechanical type stuff this summer and deal with bodywork next year. so thats my story and i'm stickin to it.
