67 swb fleetside bed in Kansas

I have a 67 chevy swb bed and a GMC tailgate for sale.I would like to get $475 for it.Drivers side is straight but has some pencil eraser size holes above the fender and one at the back,lower end.Passenger side has 2 dents that I have found.The bed is straight but has some rust through on the middle section and the the middle cross sill has rust issues.Front panel is decent.The tailgate has no rust issues and is fairly straight,has a dent on the lower left side.Wheel tubs are decent.I have tried to picture the the bad spots.
