Unhappy sky\jacker 6in lift concern

hey all
ok i can give you pictures if ya want
i got a skyjacker 6inch lift with springs shocks andthe blocks to make my axels sit at the correct angle for driveshaft input
6 leaf high arch fronts and 7 leaf high arch rears

so heres my ordeal, it's only got maby 400 miles on the new suspensiona nd it rides rigid as hell in front.
i was wondering my rake is about 1 inch low in the rear. . . and the front rides too rigid. .
should i take a leaf off the front (the bottom most 20 inch?) or shoudl i add a leaf to the rear....
im all ready pushing the bumper laws in texas and desperatley want to keep my stock bumpers cause nothgin else looks good but them. . .

any ideas?
and i refuse to block lift, that's ghetto
