2 link??

ok im new here but ive owned a few bagged rides so i know all the no, whoa, and ohs of 2links,but every truck ive had has had a basic 2 link with panhard and rode great to me, daily driven,

my current project is 82-c10, as far as what i want out of this truck is, i wanna ba able to drive it anywhere, go to the drag race track make a few passes, maybe even take it to one of those air ride challenge courses and have some fun, im undecided on drivetrain, considering bigblock, but small block is prolly what i will have in it. basically i guess wat im sayin is i want it to hook up and take corners too........

now my idea for the rear is a 2link, and i dont have any pics its just in my head but if u could picture this> long bars something similiar to the 67-72 2-link setup(maybe a inch or so longer then that) and the bars are gonna be parallel to the frame rails with the bag between the bars and frame rail.
im gonna be running a watts link and im thinking of using these bushings http://*****************/SuperPivotBarEnd.php, im thinking my pinion angle will be set at my ride height

my question is for any of u suspension guru out there, do u think my truck would take corners with the super pivot bushings on a 2-link and watts link?

would this super pivot 2-link be worth trying?would this be a waste of time? should i just do another setup?
