cluster and signal wiring problem.

I have all the wiring on the truck straightened out. All blinkers, running, stop and interior are correct accept I have one problem. When I turn on the parking lights the right indicator on the dash comes on constant. It will not get brighter or dimmer if I dim the dash lights. It will go out if I turn the right blinker on. The blinker blinks correctly on the right side. when the park lights are on the right blinker blinks slower than the left. But when the park lights are off the right blinker speeds up to match the left speed. I have looked at the traces on the circuit on the back and it dosen't appear that that bulb has crossed to any other circuit. I have put a new headlight switch in it also. I assume its a ground problem but I have run a separate ground to the gauges along with the one that is already in the harness. If anyone could help I would be thankful.
