Help me do the math....
Im thinking about getting an economy car because of the gas prices, so I went looking yesterday, or the day before...which ever day Friday was. But half way there I stopped. Turned around and came straight home, with a small detour to the Gunnery.
But it hit me, my truck is paid off. I pay just under $70 a month for full coverage, the only bill I have truck wise is my $30 a day gas bill so I can make the 80 mile round trip to work and back. The truck Ive been looking at everyday on my way to work was an 01 Xtreme Blazer for $9500. That comes out to around $300 a month, not to mention the extra high insurance for the "new" vehicle, and I would have to get full coverage since it would have a lein on it. But I would also get the multi car discount too.... So would it be cheaper to buy an economy car? Or just keep feeding my truck gas? I think the AC might be worth it though.....
