I'll go out on a limb & say those wheels do not have 4.5" back-spacing unless something has been done to them. I have the GM equivalent on our '02 CE-T/A (17x9" WS6 5-spokes) & know it's greater than 4.5" BS on them.
The pricing doesn't seem to be all that great though for your situation. Take that $500 plus the $250-300 in adapters & see what you can get for $800. Now, if you were getting them for much less it might be a different story.
