Motor mount and other questions

I just painted and was going to re-install the motor mount tower brackets back in the truck. My problem is, that when I sand blasted the mounts, the old marks where they were lined up are gone. All the bolt holes are slotted, so I'm having second thoughts about tighting them as if I'm off, the motor and trans mounts won't line up. Anyone have anything on this?

Also, I bought some new, lower seals for my lower a-frame shafts from LMC, but they look nothing like the old ones. Anyone buy them from LMC and use them?
