Update! My 77 Royal Sierra
So I started workin on my 77 resto last summer, didnt make much progress due to a lack of time, but since the snow melted this year ive done quite a bit...
Replaced rear springs(painted each leaf before assembly), replaced front spring bushings, sway bar bushings, all new brakes and lines, rebuilt the 12bolt and installed a posi, rebuilt the th350, replaced u-joints, painted and installed t-case, trans, and driveshafts, replaced steering linkage, rebuilt the matching numbers 400(now a 409), rebuilt the gauge cluster, and began repairing the "new" cab. Im trying to get it done by fall, heres a link to when i started last year(and pretty much just got the frame blasted & painted) and some pics of current progress. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=247860 ![]() The engine is GM Blue...its not as stock on the inside though... ![]() Cut the 2WD cab floor to weld in the 4wd tunnel. ![]() ![]() Next step is sandblasting the cab, repairing the cab corners on small spots on the rockers. Thanks for looking! Hopefully ill be showing completed pics soon!
