Heater-Vent-Defroster control problem-any guesses
Just picked up a '81 el Camino yesterday.
Driving it everywhere right now which means I'm starting to notice ALL the little things that need attention/fixed. The heater/vent/defroster control moves just fine but not much air is comming thru.... sounds like the duct work is closed with the fan running. As i recall the "slide" control when moved to whatever "chosen position" opens the duct work to the desired function ... which I believe is activated by a vacuum switch..... OR???? Any Guesses????? Thanks....
