Most valuable tool in your inventory?

There are so many choices (for me at least).

For me, it's a close tie between the MIG welder, and the heavy duty sawzall. Once you get used to it and use the right blade for the task at hand, it will be your best friend, but that SOB will wear you out! Once that blade digs in, it will buck you like a bronco. I've used most every brand, but nothing compares to a Milwaukee.
