Rochester Quadra-Jet - Idles Too Fast

Just rebuilt my Quadra-Jet and now the minimum idle speed is about 900 RPM. Idle screw is backed all the way out. Choke fast idle not engaged.

Everything seemed to go back together OK with a new carb kit...Float level adjusted to spec., etc.

Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
