Fuel Tank Question...Help
I have a 69' Stepside with a 72' tank in the cab. Since there is not a vented fuel cap for these tanks (72' they went to EEC). I'll have to set it up like the factory did.
Yesterday, I picked up a charcoal canister and fuel line (both rubber and hard line) with intentions of hooking everything up. When I bought the sending unit from Brothers, I purchased a NON EEC Unit. My guess is that to run this properly, I'll have to get the correct sending unit. OR WILL I? My Question. How do I run this whole charcoal canister setup? From what I gather, a line runs from the tank to the charcoal canister then to a vacuum on the intake. Any help, especially pictures would be great. Little note about the tank: I have already had it cleaned, boiled and sealed at the local rad shop. Already have $$ into it. So I'm gonna try to use it. Thanks in advance.
