Doh!! and the Homer Simpson award goes to me....

Well I learned a couple of things today....1. Installing a radio doesn't solve mysterious noises from outside the cab...2. That mysterious clunking sound I heard occasionally was my rear end and not my tranny... I heard the clunk OVER my radio today and thought to myself "That can't be good" and what do you know 2 seconds later I'm pushing the gas and was going nowhere... I pulled over and thought to myself... D@mn, I dropped a U-joint... a quick look under the truck and ..hmmm... no, not a u-joint... must be tranny...so I get back in and put it gear... and heard something spinning...being the curious person that I am... I get out with it in gear and look under the truck.. and Lo and Behold my driveshaft was that spinning sound I heard...Looks like I need to pop that cover and survey the damage... after I get back from Vacation this weekend... Go Stars...
