Cab Bushing HELL.......Advice please?

I have 1 brand new set of body bushings setting between the frame of a 70
4x4 and cab. I have 67 step that is getting the cab from the 4x4.

I went to drop the cab onto the 67 frame today and SURPRISE! the cab mounts on the frame are different. The front mounts are the same, but the rear mounts on the frame are different. The 67 rear cab mount is level with the frame rail. The 70 rear cab mount is dropped down on the frame rail about "1 1/2. .......So, the rear cab body bushing is taller by about an inch an a half as well. Fronts are fine and line up well.

So, anyone else encounter this? and WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT IT?

Thanks.

(***Note: to those who want to flame me for not building the 4x4, the whole 4x4 frame is a total hack job. Rears dont align with transfer case, no brake lines, custom springs that are a mess...etc. but thye cab was good. The 67 frame was already finished when I bought the 70.)
