Well so much for my blower
My plan was to take my low mileage motor slap a cam and a buddy's weiand 144 and call it good but as soon as we got it running and tuned a rod started squeaking so I'm going to have to rebuild now.
I think I'm going to lose the blower (didnt pay for it yet anyway) and just build a decent motor without it to keep things simple and cost down. Here is what I'm thinking Eagle Specialty Products rotating assembly w/hypereutectic pistons .30 over, CompCam kit 249-K12-210-2, sportsman II 64cc heads or new set of vortecs if they will make the power, roller rockers, air gap intake, holley 770 street avenger carb. I'm hoping to get over 350hp but closer to 400hp, any ideas on this setup?
