Nothing too exciting but a fun day of work to take care of something Ive wanted to get done for awhile. I picked up this tonneau cover over 2 years ago and havent installed it until today. The guy I got it from had restored a 66 and added this to it; took it a car show and someone offered him a bunch of $$$$$ for the truck and he sold it. The buyer didnt want the cover so he removed it. Gaylords are expensive covers and this had a beautiful red paint that I had to get rid of before installing.

Im tired from wrestling this thing around today; very heavy! Degreased it and sanded it down w/ some 400. Squirted it with some grey primer and threw it on. I'll put the struts on tomorrow.

Really nice not to have this in the way anymore!!
