All right cab light guys, I need guidance here

I'm about to put a set of cab lights on my 3/4 ton which didn't have them factory.



How did you run the wiring ?

I'm thinking I might be able to pull the driver side sun visor out and fish the wires through the hole, but how did you run them down the pillar to the dash ? Front or rear pillar ?

I have a factory headliner in my truck and it's nice, so I really don't want to disturb it to drill holes behind it.
