Project "Identity Crisis" Chopped, shaved, slammed 72 Jimmy
OK, I need to start a post on my project that has been going on for a couple years now. Here's when I first got the Jimmy, basically rust free beautiful 4x4 CST for $2500.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Right off the bat I decided to build a 383 striker, did that and that lasted about 3 years... then I threw a rod out the side of the block. Then I built a 454, that lasted a few days... then I spun a main bearing. After all this I decided to go 2x4, slammed to the ground on bags. 22" rims, 18" wide rear tires and 7" up front. I then built the ultimate motor for this project of mine, a 572, dual turbocharged... 1200+ HP. ![]() |
