Before someone finally does something? I cannot speak for everyone, but I don't live on here 24/7 hoping to catch someone breaking the rules. You know that personally that I have thanked you for pointing out posts that were questionable. But sometimes we post questions to the Staff before we act. When you report something into the land of misfit posts, we sometimes discuss it to make sure the person/post is really breaking board rules and to help us make better decisions regarding how to deal with them.

I, for one, do not wish to lose out on the joy and benefits of being a member. That means that when I am on here I still have fun and if I come across something that needs to be dealt with, I take care of it. I don't spend all my time on here searching for "bad posts", hoping to catch someone. We are thankful to all the members who help us do our job by reporting things as we cannot be everywhere at once.

I'm not trying to pick on you, I'm just hoping that you realize that when you report a thread not to always expect immediate action from us, if we choose to act on it at all.
