Fuel tank Conversion

Okay well since my in cab fuel tank is leaking I decided to go ahead and change it out with the LMC fuel tank conversion kit. What I need to know is what all do I need to complete this installation?

I know that the sending unit wire will need to be extended. But what about the fuel line and filler neck? I really don't want to cut a hole in my bed to fill it up. It would be cool to fill it thru the driver's side fender wheel well area.

So what are the parts that I would need to finish up the installation?

Thanks in advance.
