Where should I go next....
Okay here is the deal. My truck is a 59 Chevy, on a Blazer frame, with a 350. I have the engine, tranny, and alot of the body work done already. The interior is being worked on now. I have a B&M shifter already installed, a set of Pontiac seats. I have cleaned down the dash(got rid of knobs i didnt need) and installed various other things(CD player, tach...). I am building a custom Subwoofer box behind the seat where the old gas tank was. This is my next step, along with wiring, then priming, and painting the interior. Problem is, I dont know where would be the best place to go from there. I have alot of work ahead of me, and I want it done before my graduation(June). Where would you guys recommend I begin? The body work that is done is: rust is gone, 95% of the dents are gone, and 90% body filler is already on. There is alot of sanding to do, and of course priming painting... I dont know what i should do next, I have my box off, it still has a few dents, and is still in cheap paint. I also dont have a gas tank as of yet, there is still wiring to do, along with some odds and ends. Should I keep at my pace(fairly slow as my friends who havent done one before) think or should i switch from my next step, begin wiring, or finish the rest of the body. I would love to have the truck complete before I drive it. As would anyone.
K, i just reread this and I lost myself , so bottom line, where should i go after the interior, begin wiring, or finish body work...? THANKS for any help Lucky
