Stepside frame to bottom fender measurement please....

I'm going to get my stepside bed this friday. I'm building a wood frame for it to sit on while on my trailer. My trailer has 12" sides and I believe the stepside fenders will hit my fenders if I don't build the wood frame tall enough. I was wondering if someone could tell me the distance from the bottom of the bed cross sill where it sits on the frame and the bottom of the rear fender. Doesn't have to be exact just close. thanks for any help.

John
