Tilt Columns...What works and what Doesn't

As the Day draws closer to the 68 C10 Stepside landing in my Driveway, I am trying to get some information on Mods ahead of time. I will be getting a sh!t load of parts with it, Rotors, Spindles, Tilt columns (3) but have no idea what these parts came from. I will post pictures when I get them. But for Sh!ts and Grins, What GM vehicles, years and models can I get Tilt Columns from that will go in with the least amount of Sawing, tweaking, milling etc.? I know this question has been asked a million times and I have spend ALL weekend reading this forum! The Wife is Pissed!!! ha ha ha...It definately brought back Night mares from the Minitruck days! I am new to the C10 Family after wanting one for 20+ years. Another Question, I may have a chance to get a 1965 C10 Stepside Box. Is there anyone on here who needs a Stepside Bed? I only want it for tailgate and a Step. I may just restore both and sell one of them completely done and primered Without the wood.
